- Challenge Accounts in Profit: For those whose accounts were profitable during the outage, TopTier will apply a 2% adjustment to your account balance. This measure seeks to offset any potential trading opportunities missed during the downtime.
- Challenge Accounts in Loss: If your account was in a loss (below the initial balance) prior to the outage, TopTier will reset your balance to the initial starting point. This ensures you can continue trading on an equal footing once services are fully operational.
- Funded Accounts in Loss: For funded accounts that incurred losses due to trades placed during the outage, TopTier will reverse these trades’ effects, restoring your balance to its pre-trade value.
